Entry Point Requirements

Updated Sept. 1, 2021

All registered members and guests on campus must be preapproved and check in at the main entrance upon arrival. Please observe these entry point screening protocols:

Temperature Check

Thermal screening verified at the gate. Attendees with elevated temperatures will be deferred.

Vaccine Records

Show soft or hard copy vaccination proof verifying full immunization course completion.

Photo ID Verification

Cross-check vaccine card details with state-approved photo identification at security.

Masks & Physical Separation Regulations

All guests, staff, and performers must wear masks covering nose and mouth at all times and maintain a standard 6ft physical distance while inside the campus structures.

Contactless Food Distribution:

No private food vendors are permitted inside the campus. All packaged and hot food will be distributed following a strict contactless system from the designated outdoor area. Please maintain physical distancing inside lines.

Active Sanitization & Disinfection Program

To guarantee maximum environmental safety on campus, our professional custodians and house staff are trained in Accordance with CDC and EPA guidelines:

  • Enhanced sanitizing of high-touch objects (entrance doors, railings, table surfaces, wash basins) multiple times throughout the daily sessions.
  • Exclusive deployment of medical-grade cleaning fluids registered on the EPA-approved lists active against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).
  • Widespread setups of automatic hand-sanitizing stations and fully accessible handwashing blocks throughout our campuses.
  • Self-disinfecting surface protectants active against new microbial or bacterial growth applied systematically before doors open.

County & State Guidelines

California State and Alameda County public health directives outline special precautions for fully vaccinated individuals:

Indoor Spaces

It is heavily recommended by CDPH to wear masks in indoor public settings to halt emerging Delta & Omicron variant transmissions.

Asymptomatic Exposure

Vaccinated individuals can refrain from quarantine after exposure, but must test on days 3-5 and wear masks in indoor areas for 14 days.

FDA or WHO Approved

This health framework extends strictly to vaccinations authorized or registered by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
