Email notices like the one you are reading now, are common-place now.
We have been communicating via Email to our members since 1996 ever
since our web-site was started. This forms an efficient and cost-
effective means of communication without too much labor overhead.
Recently, we changed our by-laws to make Email as the official means
of communication. But, Email has its own limitations as many people
forget to update their Email address when they move, and some others
don't even have an Email address. Also, Email sometimes bounces for
unknown reasons and goes unnoticed.

This brings us to a very genuine need to archive all Email
communication on our web-site so that you can reference back, when you
need to. Well, now we have exactly that facility with almost all
Emails since 1998 already archived on our web-site. This makes a lot
of interesting reading, if nothing else at this point. Plus, it
exposes our fair and frank communication with our members to the whole
wide world!

And remember to look back here once in a while if you have a feeling
you have missed an Email or two from us.

Election for the position of three Board of Directors will be held on
Saraswati Puja day. Members, who are interested to serve as a BOD,
must fill in the election form available at our web page.
The form must be mailed or Faxed before by 10th Feb. Fax. number is
