Dear Member,

Prabasi's Durga Puja starts tomorrow Friday Nov 2nd and goes on till
Sunday Nov 4th. Details about the schedule are available from the web-
site.

This is also a good time to inform you that Amit Kumar has arrived in
the Bay Area today. Our other stars, Aarti Mukherjee and Usha Uthup
were already here since last week.

Protima-darshan and prasad is free for everyone. Khichuri-bhog on
Saturday will be available to all members for free. See below for a
menu of other food items available from a caterer that you can buy at
the site.

If you are Prabasi member for the current year, you have free entry to
all professional programs. Non-members or 'Unconfirmed' members may
pay a flat fee of $45.00 per person for all three days -OR-
pay for individual programs (Amit Kumar $25.00, Usha Uthup $20.00,
Aarti Mukherjee $20.00). Tickets for the professional programs will be
sold at Chabot College from Friday evening onwards.

CATERING
========

Bay Area renowned caterer, Raja Sweets and Indian Cuisine, will be
selling food onsite at Chabot College for all three days. You will
enjoy eating their Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian Entrees.

Friday Nov 2:
Menu will be displayed onsite.

Saturday, Nov.3
Lunch Menu - will include Kichuri Bhog, Mixed Vegetable, Chutney
served with onsite frying of Baigun Bhaja and Papad.
Dinner Menu - will include, Goat Curry, Chicken
Tikka, Bhindi Masala, Matter Paneer and Rasogolla served with Pulao
and Hot Naan from oven made on site.

Sunday, Nov. 4
Lunch Menu - will Include Goat Curry, Aaloo Gobhi Masala, Baigan
Bartha and Gulaab Jamun
served with Rice and Hot Naan from oven made onsite.

Tea will be available whole day for only 50 cents per cup.

These dishes (except Khichuri Bhog, which is free for members) will
be offered at a very reasonable price of $6 per person.
